Feel free to take a peek [here] and discover something that sparks joy!

And now, let me share something even more exciting with you…I’m thrilled to introduce you to “Remember Your Own Strength,” a workbook designed to help you rediscover your inner power, embrace your emotions, and start building a life that feels grounded and true.

I can’t wait for you to dive in — so here’s a sneak peek into the first few weeks of this transformative journey…

✨ Why “Remember Your Own Strength” Is the Workbook You Need Right Now

Life doesn’t always unfold the way we hope, does it? Maybe you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or carrying a quiet kind of anger. Maybe it feels like your spark has dimmed, or you’re simply moving through the motions. Whatever you’re navigating right now, I want you to hear this clearly: You are not broken.

This workbook isn’t about fixing you — because you don’t need fixing. It’s about walking alongside you as you gently reconnect with the strength, wisdom, and resilience that have always lived inside you. Life can be messy, painful, and wildly unpredictable… but none of that makes you any less capable, worthy, or powerful.

“Remember Your Own Strength” is here to help you embrace every part of yourself — the tender, the fierce, the healing, the unsure — and learn to show up for yourself with softness and truth, one compassionate step at a time.

Over the course of 5+1 soul-nourishing weeks, we’ll explore how to name the storms in your life, rediscover joy in small places, clear the mental clutter that’s weighing you down, and reclaim the control that has always been yours to take back. By the end, you’ll be crafting a life that feels rooted, real, and richly yours.

I’m so glad you’re here. I hope this little glimpse into the journey ahead helps you feel seen, supported, and ready to begin.

So… are you ready to remember just how powerful you truly are?Let’s begin — together.

🧪 Starting Stage Questionnaire: Where Are You Right Now?

Before we dive into the heavy stuff, let's check in with where you are. The Starting Stage Questionnaire is all about honesty, not perfection. No right or wrong answers here — just your truth.

🌿 Emotional Check-In:

  • Today, I feel __________ because __________.

  • What’s been taking up most of your energy lately?

  • What are three emotions you experience most often during the week?

  • When was the last time you felt really at peace?

🪞 Life Snapshot:

  • I feel most stuck when __________.

  • One part of my life I wish I could shift or soften is __________.

  • What’s one thing I’m proud of surviving, handling, or still holding on through?

  • What’s something I wish someone would ask me about — but rarely does?

🧠 Belief Tracker:

  • What do I currently believe about myself — and where do I think that belief came from?

  • What do I believe about the world, and how safe do I feel in it?

  • What do I hope will shift by the end of this workbook — in me, or around me?

🗓️ Week 1: Naming the Storm (Anger, Grief, and Overwhelm)

Theme: Let’s get real about how you’re feeling.

Week 1 is all about acknowledging your emotions — no matter how messy or overwhelming they seem. Anger, grief, overwhelm — whatever you’re carrying, we’ll explore it, understand it, and start to release some of its weight.

What’s Inside:

  • Feelings Map: A body outline exercise to help you pinpoint where emotions show up physically. The goal? To understand what your feelings are really trying to tell you.

  • Expectation Burn Book: Time to say goodbye to outdated expectations and replace them with new, compassionate beliefs about who you are and where you’re going.

  • Input Detox: A 24-hour social media and news detox to create space for yourself. After the detox, you'll reflect on what you've learned.

  • Anger Reflection: A journaling exercise to dig deeper into your anger — what it’s really protecting you from.

Weekly Task:

  • Daily Grounding: Name one thing you feel, need, and are grateful for each day. It’s a simple but powerful way to check in with yourself.

🌼 Week 2: Beauty Isn’t Gone (Joy, Wonder, and Reclaiming Daily Magic)

Theme: Finding joy, even in the smallest moments.

In Week 2, we’re shifting gears to focus on joy and wonder. Life may feel heavy, but there’s beauty to be found in even the smallest moments. Together, we’ll rebuild that connection to the simple, magical parts of life.

What’s Inside:

  • Delight Photo Journal: Capture one joyful moment each day. Take a photo of something that surprises or delights you, and reflect on why it made you smile.

  • 5-Minute Wonder Journal: Short, daily prompts to reflect on the little things that make you pause, smile, or feel grateful.

  • Life Is Still Worth It Because…: A list of 10 small, meaningful reasons to keep going. Keep it visible — it’ll be a reminder on those tough days.

  • Recreate Childhood Joy: Do something you loved as a kid (maybe it's a favorite snack or a game), and reflect on how it made you feel.

Weekly Task:

  • Joy Jar: Add one joyful moment to your jar or journal every week. It’s a small way to remind yourself that life has moments worth celebrating.

🧹 Week 3: Your Brain Is Not a Dumping Ground

Theme: Let’s declutter your mind.

In Week 3, we begin to gently untangle the mental clutter — the noise, the pressure, the constant stream of input that can leave us feeling drained and disconnected. Together, we’ll explore how to make space for clarity, calm, and conscious choices.

This is your invitation to pause and ask: What am I really letting into my mind every day? And is it helping me grow, or just adding to the chaos?

You’ll begin a mini detox — from media, tech, and the voices that no longer serve your peace — and start choosing inputs that nourish your nervous system, not overload it.

Hint: It’s not about quitting everything — it’s about getting intentional.

🌟 Week 4: Agency Is an Act of Rebellion

Theme: Taking control of your life, one small step at a time.

Week 4 is all about stepping boldly into your power. It’s about understanding what agency truly means — setting clear boundaries, honoring your limits, and reclaiming control over the parts of your life that really matter to you.

Together, we’ll gently explore where your energy is going, learn how to protect it from unnecessary drains, and discover how even the smallest, intentional habits can create powerful shifts. This week encourages you to nurture self-respect, celebrate your resilience, and build a foundation of strength that supports you moving forward.

Here’s a little taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • What I Can Control vs. What I Can’t: Clarify what’s within your reach and what’s beyond it, so you can focus your energy where it matters most.

  • Tiny Habit Challenge: Pick one small habit — maybe a few minutes of breathwork or a gentle stretch — and commit to it for the week. It’s amazing what tiny changes can do.

Plus, a special weekly task to connect with your future self: Ask yourself, “What’s one thing I can do this week that helps future-me feel proud?” It’s a simple but powerful way to keep moving forward with intention.

Are you ready to make agency your radical act of self-love?
