Poetry analysis part 3. Finale

Hello guys welcome back or to my blog, today I would like to do a poetry analysis as my blog starts to turn into a poetry collection rather than anything else. Most of the times poems are analyzed with the fact that the poet is already dead, "so the writer (probably) meant his dying love for xwz when said 'my autumn rose..'" and nobody considers it and nobody considers it that maybe the poet just saw a rose in september and that is all. You know what I mean? Nobody wants to analyze a poem with the poet still living, because they could be embarrassed when the poet corrects them, at least that is my opinion.

Anyway.
In this post series, we will analyze three posts, my newest release;

Autumn days
Looking at my red velvet nails,
Sitting at the river, you are my lover.
It shows my reflection, she's in love,
But I am alone.

I remember that when I wrote this last autumn, I just got my new red velvet coloured nails and I was in Lana Del Rey 24/7 and I wanted to write something that would inspire me for being happy for autumn to romantizes autumn. Beside trying to romantizes a rainy grey autumn, I also wanted a relationship so badly just an old school boyfriend.

Looking out from grey to grey.
The last verse of this poem is very focused on the school part of autumn, kids, pencil case grey buildings. Grey to grey is symbolizing the tall buildings we live, study and work in, and the weather of course. From grey to grey, I sit in a grey building staring out the window and seeing another grey building.
I am not a kid,
I am a woman with red velvet nails.
The last line of this poem is I am a woman not a kid, fact and a good and bad thing about autumn, fall.
